Yasam Rose ex Crescent Shippings Boisterous (1983) arrived in London in 2013 for Thames Shipping to join fleet mate Polla Rose carrying aggregate from various wharves such as Clubbs, Dock Entrance and Cringle. Over the years she was a regular and fond sight through the bridges on those journeys.

Sadly in August 2020 Thames Shipping announced that all work and contracts had stopped and been lost for the pair.
The Polla Rose was later sold and still operates on the River Thames for HCH Marine but the Yasam Rose sat idle on the River Medway waiting for somebody to come along and snap her up and give the old girl a new lease of life.

This week her sale was announced and she left the River Medway on route to Beverwijk in the Netherlands for some repairs and works to be carried out and in the new year will make her way to new owners ENISIO shipping In Liberia in West Africa.

Whilst we will do our very best to source photos of her in West Africa with her new owners, it is not the easiest of places to do so. The old girl has had a hard working life and plenty of digs and knocks in the bow to show this, but lets hope the new owners treat her well and she continues to sail for many years to come!
